Overview

Agreement Between You and jeeway

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jeeway ("jeeway", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeeway website located at https://jeeway.vip, including all game content, sports betting markets, account services, promotional offers, payment processing features, and any other services offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using the Services in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. jeeway reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Platform Commitments

What jeeway Commits To You

Clause 1

Eligibility and Age Verification

By creating an account on jeeway, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. jeeway reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in immediate account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

The Services are intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the jeeway platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account or making a deposit. jeeway provides its Services primarily to players based in Bangladesh; however, access from other territories is the player's own responsibility to verify as legally permissible.

Each individual player is permitted to maintain one (1) active jeeway account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. All accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed, and any balances or pending winnings across those accounts may be voided without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jeeway will never ask for your password via email or any other channel outside the platform login screen. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify jeeway support immediately at [email protected].

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain a jeeway account:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from jeeway or had their account permanently closed for a Terms violation
• Employees, contractors, or close family members of jeeway or its affiliated technology and payment providers where participation would present a conflict of interest
• Persons using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any other non-human methods to interact with the platform
• Persons attempting to exploit game software errors, bonus system vulnerabilities, or payment processing loopholes for financial gain

Clause 2

Accounts, Deposits, and Withdrawals

To access real-money gaming on jeeway, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated throughout the life of your account. Providing false registration details — including a false date of birth, false name, or fictitious address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

jeeway accepts deposits from the following mobile wallet and banking channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional banking options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank may be available subject to periodic updates to the payment system. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jeeway, though individual mobile wallet providers may apply their own daily transaction limits which are outside jeeway's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Before a withdrawal can be approved, jeeway may require completion of identity verification (KYC) in accordance with clause 2.4. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeeway reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days in cases where additional security or verification checks are required.

jeeway may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Failure to complete the KYC process within 14 days of a formal request will result in withdrawal restrictions being placed on your account until the process is completed.

All transactions on jeeway are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balances, game stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are all displayed in BDT. jeeway does not currently offer multi-currency account options.

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jeeway reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, following written notification to the registered email address. The balance will not be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete the verification process if prompted.

Clause 3

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by jeeway are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the specific terms attached to that promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a maximum cashout cap unless the promotion terms state otherwise.

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for jeeway's welcome bonus of 100% match up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 25x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account, after which any unused bonus balance will be removed without compensation. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.

jeeway actively monitors bonus usage patterns. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings, and suspension of the account:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing low-variance bets systematically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk (commonly known as "bonus whoring" or "matched betting" on promotional funds)
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus to which you would not otherwise be entitled
• Using a bonus on game categories that are explicitly excluded in the promotion's terms

jeeway regularly runs time-limited promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), the BPL season, IPL, and T20 World Cup fixtures. Each such promotion will carry its own terms and conditions, published on the platform at the time of launch. These seasonal promotion terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference for the duration of the promotion period.

Clause 4

Game Rules and Sports Betting

Each game available on jeeway operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible via the information panel within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined by certified random number generation algorithms and cannot be influenced by jeeway staff or any external party.

jeeway's sportsbook covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test formats), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules published alongside each event. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the correct odds at the time a bet is accepted, jeeway reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. Live in-play bets are final once confirmed by the platform.

If a sporting event is abandoned, suspended, or significantly interrupted before the relevant result can be determined, jeeway will apply the published rules for that market type. In general, bets on markets where a result cannot be determined due to abandonment will be voided and stakes returned, unless the result was already determined prior to the abandonment.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, game software fault, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, jeeway reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' account balances. jeeway is not liable for any player losses attributable to technical malfunctions occurring on the player's own device or internet connection.

Clause 5

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Gambling on jeeway is intended as a form of entertainment for adults. You acknowledge that gambling involves real financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome. jeeway strongly encourages all players to set personal limits on their deposits, session times, and wager amounts. You are responsible for monitoring your own gambling behaviour and for seeking help promptly if gambling ceases to be a recreational activity and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm.

jeeway provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated by contacting the support team at [email protected]:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited)
• Session time reminders (notifications after a specified period of continuous play)
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for a defined duration)
• Self-exclusion (permanent or long-term account closure with re-entry restrictions)

Players who wish to self-exclude must submit a written request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion will be actioned within 24 hours of a confirmed request. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to open a new account or access the platform by any other means. jeeway will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access during a self-exclusion period but cannot guarantee prevention in all cases, particularly where a player has provided false information to circumvent exclusion controls.

Clause 6

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. jeeway does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance or emergency technical intervention without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeway's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jeeway is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jeeway is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond jeeway's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, civil unrest, governmental actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, or natural disasters affecting Bangladesh or any other territory relevant to platform operations.

Game content, live dealer streams, and sports data feeds are supplied by third-party providers. jeeway is not responsible for errors, omissions, or service interruptions originating from third-party content providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

Clause 7

Intellectual Property and General Provisions

All content on the jeeway platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of jeeway or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation of platform content is strictly prohibited.

These Terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeeway with respect to the Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
